Garden Rooms exceeding 15m2 and Granny Annexes that require full planning permissions will need to pass the following British Standards; IGLOO is always built with SUPER SIP. (Silica Urethane Polyisocyanurate Epoxy & Rebar Structural Insulation Panels.) and therefore has not been tested to be compliant to all the following British Standards relevant to Document A of the Building Regulations 2010. 

For prefabricated buildings these British Standards specifically relate to Steel; BS EN 1090 and BS EN 1995 for timber. Therefore we are not offering NANA until the method of fabrication changes from the current method of manufacture. At the moment we are  shaping boards and using expanding foam adhesive for a chemical bond and ramming steel rods through for a mechanical bond. The ultimate goal is to expand the foam ourselves in our own foam work using rebar and mesh just like concrete construction works. Nevertheless NANA; and full granny annexes are not available to anymore until we can figure it out legislatively. 

MAMA igloo is built to stay; Garden Rooms that are 15m2 or less and not used as a sleeping dwelling have groundworks prepared on site before the erection/installation of the igloo. No site is as flat as we would ideally like it to be; so
