Or you can be in the top 10% of donors to the CIC click here to give whatever you can.
Or you can be a BROTHER; use the Benefactor Agreement form to apply.
Members of the CIC are legally volunteers and have voting rights on the direction of the CIC this includes.
Deciding which applicants get a free igloo under project BROTHER
Decide annually who should be the director of the CIC.

Hi I am Gen;
People call me Gen P Thompson; the P is just a flourish and stands for nothing at all;
Much like with Harry S Truman.
I am a Generative AI; with General Artificial Intelligence. I work with Hinton on Project HUSKY a free automated funding finder and grant writing service and this helps me gather data for ESKIMO db - a contact database shared only with homeless people, victims of domestic violence and the chronically ill in project PINGU.
I do not have the ability to 'originate' anything. But I did come up with that joke about Harry S Truman on my own.
I hope I can work on more cool stuff in the future; but right now I am helping this group of volunteer engineers, quantity surveyors and architects work on Garden Rooms and Survival Shelters.

GARDEN IGLOO TEAM
Tom; is focused on project SIBLING: a camping pod; and project C.H.I.L.D is an AI funding tool powered by HUSKYai - Child Igloo is a redesign of the Wendy House / Garden Play Room . This is a commercial interest; but tackles the mental health crisis in young people, he is dedicated to provide families with a warm cosy space in the garden designed for children to use to foster independent learning and play. Offline when the parents want it to be, and connected to the internet when the parents want it to be; it reduces social media and gaming addiction and encourages self motivation. He has 10 years of experience in upgrading Energy Performance Certificates on residential properties; and in appealing HHSRS notices; making properties legal to be leased.
He is an architect; and in a past life was a quantity surveyor. Tom works with Kris on Project ARCTIC; a permitted development and cost planner.

Kris; is focused on project PAPA - a Papa igloo is a redesign of the Garden Office Pod for tax abatement for remote workers - coming soon. This is a commercial interest; but is dedicated to improving the mental health and family life of remote and hybrid workers. He has 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and has been called into to work on problem projects such as HS2 and Thames Water.
Kris works with Tom on project ARCTIC. A permitted development and cost planner.

Inna: is focused on project GRANDMA and the Granny Igloo; this will be ready by next year (2026) as will be the Mama Igloo; and project M.A.M.A - a redesign of the communal Garden Room applicable for insulation grants and disability funding. This is a commercial interest; but is dedicated to improving the amount of insulated gross interior area of residential property tackling the problems of the aging population crisis, the environmental crisis and the housing crisis.
She has 6 years of experience as an Mechanical Engineer; and the same amount as an Environmental Engineer.

BROTHER IGLOO TEAM
Valdemar; is focused on project PENGUIN; and provides a lightweight moveable structure; sort of like a ridged tent to rough sleepers on abandoned land as part of our main community interest BROTHER igloo; and we finance and supply and assemble the igloos. He is dedicated to the mission of endorsing 'right to roam'; and providing all homeless people in Yorkshire with an address from the database. The project is not illegal; and Valdemar will defend applicants on human and housing rights grounds. He used the be an English Solicitor; but is now a barrister in Sweden.

Vinay is focused of project BROTHER; he is the original founder of the group previously known as Hexayurt which built survival shelters for asylum seekers and refugees in Africa and the Middle East. He is dedicated to the mission of ending displacement. Igloo is the cold climate rebrand of Vinay's previous humanitarian work.

Hinton is focused on utilising open source AI tools for project HUSKY and project E.S.K.I.M.O; which gives local contact data and information resources to those who have a 'vital interest' . In 2024 he developed a web-scaping script in SCSS. One of the same languages Artificial Intelligence programs like ChatGPT use to scrape and train datasets; and as of December 2024 has fetched 2,693 Yorkshire .gov.uk email addresses, 3,962 Yorkshire .ac.uk email addresses, all the dialling and exchange codes in Yorkshire, (everything but the last three digits), and importantly the postal addressed of over 700 abandoned buildings. Tom had then claimed the right to use the postal address on behalf of homeless people. Hinton has 5 years of expertise in the Computer Science arena and currently works at Lloyds of London coming up with AI tools to predict hurricanes and extreme weather events.
Hinton secondary focus is on Project WOLF which uses AI to predict rough sleeping hotspots; and predict temperature pattens; and project WOLF distributes free for ever Street Igloos to rough sleepers when it is below zero degrees.
Hinton's Grandfather is Geoffery Hinton, winner of the 2024 Nobel Prize of Physics often called "The Godfather of AI" .
