MAMA IGLOO has thick walls; as thick as your main house at 300mm; the only difference is we use 100% insulation to build out this thickness. That is a whopping 12 times more warmth than most insulated houses have. PAPA igloo is made of 200mm insulation; or 8 times as much - and BABA iglo is made of 100mm so 4 times as much. 

Less cold, means less bills to worry about. Furthermore there is less carbon to worry about and as a bonus there is less noise which is why we have secured partnerships with many charities that tackle the sensory overloads associated with autism.

You may prefer an extention over a Garden Room but I would like to warn you of the high labour and material cost of such a project. Its a big commitment and when you're in it - you're in it; and there is no turning back. The risk of legal disputes is high. Our igloos are small, tall  and lightweight  meaning if there if you are not happy we can take it back; less legal stuff also means less risk for us; this means we can reduce margins knowing we won't run into any non-paying customers - a big issue in construction at the moment. 

We use polyisocyanurate on the inside; for its large size and fire resistant qualities; we then adhere extruded polystyrene on the outside with various densities of expanding urethane glues taking advantage of its water proof qualities. Leaning our technique from Strava International - we then ram rebar steel through the foam to make it really strong.   This was we have no gaps in the foam, nothing for air to get through and making it really airtight like this makes it super warm and superlong lasting; no rust, no rot. 

We then cover it in a thin layer of fibreglass mesh to strengthen it further and a lick of epoxy to protect it from UV damage. 

It's a perfect way to increase warm residential square meterage at low cost. There is no planning necessary; all the designs have been preapproved and have a licence of legality. 

Our design rhetoric was "think of the children" ; work from home is hard on the kids; its noisy its stressy - and its unfair on them to burden them with it; heating the house during the day in winter is really costly. This source shows that being unable to pay the bills is the main motivator behind divorce. 

MAMA IGLOO is just the name given to a group of pre-costed preapproved predesigns that can be used by multiple people at the same time; while PAPA is for solo work and play; MAMA is for group activity. 

Jessica Igloo is for tight friends; a quite space for important conversations; with no windows as standard this rendering shows insulation all around; even on the door.  The octagonal base is better than a square base for keeping in peace and warmth. 

Johanna Igloo shows the maximum amount of veranda allowed under Permitted Development Rights; just under 5m2 meaning if fresh air is your thing and UV skin damage isn't your thing you can do your zoom calls with your lovely garden in the background. The interior space is just over 10m2 which is good enough for two people to hang out; something close to your dorm room if you stayed in halls at uni. 

If you have a lot of permitted garden space Samantha Igloo is probably your thing; at 15m2 this is a beefed up version of the original Hexyurt design; it is also the maximum amount of space allowed under permitted development rights. The tip of the roof sits just under 2.5m. This design is the inspiration behind the IGLOO project as it fits within permitted development really snuggly while its roof is formed from making diagonal cuts into standard board of PIR. 

Hannah Igloo is the tallest at just under 4m; many people are fooled by rules of thumb; and think that if you don't want to go the planning permission route "everything must be under 2.5m"; this is why garden rooms are often build with flat roofs that often let damp in from above; and square vertices that let heat out. Hannah Igloo must be placed 2m away from a boundary; but has huge amounts of loft more than even the nicest offices or hotel lounges. 

If you vote for Katie Igloo you will be loving the functional barrel vault shape that means you can inch the igloo a little closer to the neighbours fence. The real rule of thumb is "nothing above 2.5 - with in 2m of the boundary" - like the limbo; Katie igloo limbo under this marker; a long igloo with 6 foot of furniture space on either side; best used for couples. 

And Ninja Igloo takes this idea further and it limboes under the PD line in all directions. This is the only igloo with interior walls; and is especially designed for mother who are constant care givers; with its identical kite panel build - up a build this huge is surprisingly affordable at £10,400; not the £32,000 that other companies would charge; further this has been preapproved for the Disabled Facilities Grant as well as for EPC perfomance up grading grants.
