Any mail that is addressed to you must be delivered; at it is criminal harassment to open someone else's mail or stop them from accessing it.  Mail with your name on it is your personal property no matter which location it is addressed to ; further you cannot be evicted under Section 55 if you have a proof of your address. We force landowners to use Section 8 of the Housing Act instead; which takes months rather than weeks to take effect. Minimum occupancy is 10 weeks; 5 weeks waiting for a court date, 5 more weeks waiting for a court instructed bailiff. However, with Section 8; the minimum might be 9 months; we expect the Renters Reform bill to come into affect and this duration may be extended if the courts are overwhelmed.  

 Industrial society requires you to have an address. An address is a right; not a privilege that need be earned.  Only with an address can you be part of society. 

In the UK to be legally defined as homeless you must be without a permanent address that you can receive post. We can find you an address; we have 53 approved abandoned (non-residential) buildings in our database; with unanswered "engagement notices" on the doors.  Proving we have tried to contact the landowner but they are absentee.  The notice shows a claim to use the building and its grounds for the purposes of temporary accommodation and provided the absentee landlord a "Section 7 of the Criminal Act" notice which criminalises illegal eviction.  Since no refusal of the scheme has been citied by 53 - (and growing) absentee landlords we now are legally able to place igloos down on the grounds. Removal of the igloo or its possessions is theft, and the Eskimo (you) have a right against harassment and are in your rights to call the police should you need to. 

According to the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, individuals fleeing domestic abuse are classified as being in "priority need" for housing assistance. The legislation explicitly acknowledges that a person cannot reasonably be expected to remain in a home where they face abuse, making them legally homeless even if they technically still have access to the property. (gov.uk) The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 further reinforces this, ensuring that all victims of domestic abuse have automatic priority need status when applying for homelessness assistance, removing the requirement to prove vulnerability. In the UK you must park all vehicles on land you are authorised to be on. If you are using a vehicle on land you are not authorised to be on; you are committing a crime called 'Unauthorised Encampments 1994 Criminal Law'. The name is misleading. if you don't have a vehicle you are not committing a crime; a caravan has wheels so is considered an unauthorised encampment - even if it is just one man and his caravan. Tents are protected;  unless the land is being actively used; farmed basically. In all cases the landowner has to prove that the land is being actively used. 

We have sent dozens of freedom of information requests to councils in Yorkshire in 2024 asking if they would attempt to press charges for this scheme under the Unauthorised Enforcement act.  They have been unable to conclusively say if they would; ipsofacto; we can begin now in 2025.
